HOW TO PREPARE FOR A FACIAL

When you get to the clinic, you’ll fill out a personalized form to indicate your skin care needs, goals, and your history of services. It’s best to arrive 15 minutes early in order to give yourself enough time to complete this form as it is an important step in achieving your skin care needs.

LET’S GET TO KNOW YOU

Getting to know you is the most important step. You’ll meet with your esthetician to talk about your personalized form and address specific skin concerns you’d like to focus on. Communication with your esthetician during this step is key in achieving your desired results.  

REVIEW SERVICE OPTIONS & GET COMFORTABLE

Your esthetician will let you know all of the treatments that we offer at the clinic along with the benefits obtained from each service. Once you confirm your options, we’ll let you get comfortable in one of our facial room treatment beds, allowing you to fully experience the benefits of your Customized Facial.

YOUR SKIN CARE EXPERIENCE

Your Customized Facial starts with a cleansing and toning of the skin to remove dirt, oil and makeup. We then perform a skin analysis in order to determine your skin type and condition. Following this we review your concerns and suggest the best treatment as well as at home skin care products for your skin.

WHAT TO DO AFTER A FACIAL

*Avoid putting on makeup or other facial products for at least 6 hours after your treatment.

*Avoid picking or touching your skin as well as the use of abrasive skincare products like exfoliants/retinols/acids for at least 72 hours after your treatment.

*Stay away from direct heat for up to 24 hours after your treatment.

*Refrain from smoking or drinking alcohol for up to 24 hours after your treatment.

*Stay hydrated as it helps to retain the skin’s elasticity as well as keeping skin dewy

*Use a clean pillow case to ensure no transfers of oil, makeup or dirt while sleeping.

Your technician will choose between Waterdermabrasion, Microdermabrasion, Clarifying, Honey Enzyme or Dermaplaning treatment options for your Customized Facial.

Microneedling and Chemical Peels are not included in the Custom Facials.
